THE WIFE of a Rubery man who took his own life has appealed for help in finding a framed Brazil football shirt signed by Pele which was sold in a charity shop by mistake.

The shirt given to Darron Harford as a 30th birthday present by his wife Karen and his children.

It ended up at The Sense charity shop in Kingstanding, Birmingham, by mistake during a house move and has been sold.

His son is devastated by the error and the family are now hoping to track it down so they can buy it back.

If anyone has the shirt or any information on its whereabouts, they can email it to us at [email protected] and we will pass on the details.
