Royal Orthopaedic Hospital raises over £1700 in charity football match

Bromsgrove Editorial 17th Aug, 2022   0

THE ROYAL Orthopaedic Hospital (ROH) raised £1784 in a charity football match against Nightingale FC.

Over 100 people turned out to watch the game at the Arden Garages Stadium in Stratford-upon-Avon with the money going to ROH charity.

The ROH team was made up of staff across Theatres, IT, HR, Porters and Research teams.

Nightingale is an NHS club that was formed in April 2020 during the early stages of lockdown, and ROH charity is the club’s sponsor.

The club has raised money for ROH charity through numerous events over the past two years.

Many local businesses, sponsors and partners donated raffle prizes and puddings for the match.
