RESIDENTS are urged to lace up their running shoes and take part in this year’s Bromsgrove Blood Cancer UK fun run.
So far, almost 150 people have registered to run but the event at Bromsgrove Rugby Club, Finstall Park on May 8 is now only weeks away.
Entry is £16 in advance or £20 on-the-day and those who raise £30 beforehand will receive a Blood Cancer UK running vest.
Runners will need to be early to collect their numbers on the morning of the run before the race and online registration will close on the Thursday before.
There will be a road closure order in Walnut Lane from 11am to 11.45am on May 8.
