Record turnover for Bromsgrove entrepreneur's health firm Mprove

Bromsgrove Editorial 18th Apr, 2022   0

A HEALTHCARE consultancy co-founded by Bromsgrove entrepreneur Liam Molesworth has hit a record turnover of £2.5million in just its second year of trading.

Former South Bromsgrove High School student Liam founded Mprove with his business partner Sam Alsop-Hall in March 2020, just weeks before the first coronavirus lockdown was announced.

Despite this, Mprove reported an impressive £1million turnover in its first year, with that figure being surpassed by 150 per cent in 2021-22.

The firm is the UK’s first system flow consultancy in healthcare, delivering innovative and cost-effective ways to improve health and social care.

Liam recently relocated his team of 20 staff to WeWork on Colmore Row in Birmingham to assist with the company’s growth.

He said: “Launching the consultancy just before the nation went into lockdown didn’t come without its challenges, however we’re proud to have not only established ourselves, but absolutely thrived – continuing exceptional business growth month-by-month.

“We’ve been able to support five apprentices, who we’re proud to mentor and develop into the talent of tomorrow.

“It’s been great to take stock of how far the business has come over the past 21 months.”
