AN unexploded wartime bomb discovered at a Hanbury Road scrap yard in Stoke Prior earlier today caused rail services to be cancelled.
A 50m cordon was put in place and the area was evacuated while the incident was dealt with.
Several rail services that fell within the cordon were cancelled and drivers were urged to avoid the area.
Police later said the incident had been concluded safely, with the cordon removed and the road reopened.
National Rail has also confirmed lines have reopened, with trains now able to run as normal.
