A PUPIL was taken to hospital with potentially serious injuries after an incident at Bromsgrove School.
The Standard was contacted about the occurrence which happened on November 30.
The person who called in claimed several pupils were playing a ‘rugby type game in one of the studies’ which led to the injuries.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “Two ambulances were sent to the scene and treated one teenage boy for potentially serious injuries before he was conveyed on blue lights to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for further trauma care.”
A Bromsgrove School spokesperson said: “The School never comments on personal medical events.”
