A DRIVER who only had a provisional licence tested positive for cannabis.
The car was stopped in Bromsgrove last night by officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit (OPU).
They then teated the supervising driver and he also tested positive – for cocaine.
The OPU officers tweeted this picture, calling it ‘unbelievable’.
‘We will make the roads safer’, added the tweet.
