AUTHOR John Mullan will be talking about ‘Dickens Tricks’ on Wednesday, October 5 when he becomes the latest speaker for WORDS Bromsgrove’s 2022 season.
John is a Lord Northcliffe professor of Modern English Literature at University College London and will be talking about Charles Dickens and his audacious and experimental writing style.
John’s most recent book, ‘The Artful Dickens’ will be available to buy at the event and he will be signing copies on the evening.
John previously spoke about Jane Austen in April 2015 during his previous talk for WORDS.
The event starts at 7.30pm at Bromsgrove Schools learning and resource centre.
