ALMOST 6,000 homes have been left without electricity, following a power cut.
Among the areas affected are Rubery, Rednal, Barnt Green, Cofton Hackett and parts of Bromsgrove, including Marlbrook and Catshill.
The postcodes affected include B45, B60 and B61.
National Grid engineers are on the scene and working to restore the supply.
It is anticipated the power will be back on at 10pm tonight.
