POWER CUT - Almost 200 homes without electricity in Northfield

ALMOST 200 homes in Northfield have been left without electricity after a power cut.

The 198 homes, in and around the Ley Hill area, fell victim to the low voltage outage around 8.30pm.

Among the roads affected are Ley Hill Farm Road, Tregaron Road, Rhayader Road, Bartley Crescent and others.

The postcodes without electricity include:




B31 1UU, B31 1UA, B31 1UQ, B31 1JR, B31 1JP, B31 1JN, B31 1UR, B31 1JU, B31 1UN, B31 1UW, B31 1UB, B31 1JJ, B31 1JL, B31 1TR, B31 1TX

Western Power Distribution are aware of the issue.


Engineers are working to repair the fault and, WPD anticipates, he power should be back in around 11.30pm.
