BURGLARS attempted to break into a home in Romsley in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The would-be thieves snapped the lock on the front day of the property in St Kenelms Road.
Those trying to get in were disturbed so no entry was gained.
But Hagley and Rubery Safer Neighbourhood Team have warned other residents in the area to be on their guard.
And they want witnesses or anyone with information to call officers on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
