Police step up patrols in Romsley after several burglaries in same street

Tristan Harris 7th Nov, 2021 Updated: 7th Nov, 2021

POLICE have stepped up patrols in Romsley after several burglaries and an attempted burglary yesterday.

They all happened in Bromsgrove Road.

In one incident between 2.05pm and 2.10pm three white youths, aged around 17 years old, were seen leaving in a dark coloured car – thought to be a VW Golf or Polo.

A vehicle – also a Volkswagen Polo – was also taken from the same street this morning. We reported on that earlier here.

People are being urged to check their CCTV or Ring doorbells for footage.

Anyone with relevant footage or information should call PCSO White from Hagley and Rubery Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
