POLICE have launched an appeal to find the owners of two horses which were dumped by the roadside in Bromsgrove.
The horses were starving when they were discovered by officers in a field off Barnsley Hall Road.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “Do you recognise these poor horses or see someone dump them?
“They were left to starve by their once owners but were cared for by kind local people who fed and tried to look after them.
“They’ve now been seized and are being treated by the RSPCA.”
Anyone with information regarding this incident should call police on 101.
