Police make several appeals after spate of crime across Bromsgrove district

POLICE have made several appeals after a spate of crimes across Bromsgrove district over the past few days.

Cofton Hackett

A BLACK Ford Fiesta was stolen from Cofton Hackett on Wednesday.

The Zetec S with the partial registration number ‘Y50’ was taken from East Works Drive without keys around midnight.

Rubery

A BLUE Disabled Badge was stolen from a vehicle in Whitehouse Place, Rubery

The grey VW Tiguan was parked on a driveway when thieves struck between 6pm and 8.30pm on last Saturday.




Hagley

THERE was an attempted burglary at a home in Hagley around 1am on Sunday (November 3).

The thieves tried to get into the property on Newfield Road, attempting to get in via front door after managing to smash front door lock.


A MAN was seen trying to break into various vehicles parked on driveways in Eton Walk, Hagley.

He was spotted around 2.25am on Wednesday.

Alvechurch

NUMBER plates were stolen from a grey BMW 320 Estate partial registration ‘WR65’ while it was parked in Lilley Green Road Alvechurch.

The theft occurred at 1.30am on Tuesday.

Three people, wearing masks and dark clothing, were seen to commit the crime. They then made off in an unknown vehicle.

FOUR people were seen trying to gain access to a poultry shed at a premises in Lilley Green Road, Alvechurch

The burglary took place at 1am on Sunday.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

People who see suspicious activity around vehicles should also contact police and call 999 if a crime is in progress.
