POLICE were forced to halt a vehicle in Bromsgrove after it failed to stop for officers.
A TPAC manoeuvre was used where police vehicles pull in front of and alongside the target car during the incident which happened on Stourbridge Road, near Fairfield, on Tuesday evening.
Officers found the car was on cloned plates and dealt with the driver for that, failing to stop and other traffic offences.
