WEST Mercia Police carried out a drink-driving operation in Bromsgrove over the weekend.
Officers from Worcestershire’s Operation Patrol Unit (OPU) set up their base yesterday morning (Sunday) on the A38.
One driver was arrested for providing a positive breath test.
Two other vehicles were also dealt with for having no insurance, one for having no MoT and another motorist for driving otherwise in accordance with their licence.
As well as driving directly after drinking, people are also warned to ensure they leave sufficient time for alcohol to leave their system if they need to drive the following day.
