RESIDENTS in Wythall and Hollywood are being urged to be on their guard after an attempted burglary and a burglary.
The attempted burglary took place in Silver Street, Wythall, between 7pm on Tuesday and 8am on Wednesday.
Entry was forced to the home via the back door after the lock was broken.
Prior to that – between last Thursday and Monday, February 1 to 5 – a metalic blue Suzuki Marauder motorbike with the partial registration number ‘SN56’ was taken from a garage at a property in Forest Way, Hollywood.
The thieves gained entry using bolt cutters on the garage lock and also escaped with Carrera Matt black BMW bike.
