Bromsgrove Editorial 25th Aug, 2018   0

DUDLEY-born poet, humourist and singer Rob Barratt will be the guest at the Bromsgrove Folk Club on August 30.

Rob is set to combine clever word-play with a mixture of satire, song and audience participation.

His topics will include ‘distressed furniture’, ‘data-driven education’ and why he ‘doesn’t want to swim with dolphins’.

He has previously appeared at clubs, theatres and art, literary and folk festivals all over the UK.

Support for the evening will be from the club’s resident band, Fairfield.

The event starts at 8pm at the Catshill Social Club on Meadow Road.
