COMMERCIAL property firm GJS Dillon has been instructed on the next phase of development on Bromsgrove Enterprise Park after letting all the units at Sapphire Court.
The letting of C2 Sapphire Court to Dental Warehouse Ltd was the last of Phase One of the development that provided the starting point for companies like Gymshark and Lounge Underwear.
And now GJS Dillon has been told to let phase two of Sapphire Court, which is set to be completed next Spring and will consist of 19 industrial and warehouse units ranging from 1,000 to 7,000 square feet.
Kyle Pugh, GJS Dillon’s Graduate Surveyor said: “We’re delighted to be instructed on this next phase of Bromsgrove Enterprise Park.
“Bromsgrove is the most in-demand location for SME businesses in the county with the highest average rent and capital values in the county.
“So there is good justification for more commercial space of this kind.”
