VISITORS to Avoncroft Museum in Bromsgrove experienced Christmases Through Time at the weekend and the popular event is back this week.
The festive extravaganza runs from 10am to 3pm on both tomorrow and Sunday, December 13 and 14.

They are tasked with finding the elves hidden around the site.

The Tudor and Toll houses, 1940s prefab and other buildings were decorated in the traditional style of the eras.
On Saturday, Stourbridge-based a capella choir Stream Through Time performed their own Christmas songs in Guesten Hall and there was a carol service in the Mission Church, which featured Bromsgrove Community Choir.

Seasonal food and drink is available from the cosy tea rooms and, extra for this weekend, are historical re-enactors setting up a medieval Christmas in and around the Town House.
The group will make Christmas decorations, cook festive fare and hold religious celebrations, including Christmas prayers in the Mission Church.

On December 13, Bromsgrove Recorder Consort will perform a selection of recorder music from throughout the ages.
