TWO PEOPLE were arrested overnight after they were seen acting suspiciously near The Flats in Sidemoor, Bromsgrove.
The incident was reported by a member of the public and officers from the North Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit and response teams arrived to arrest the suspects.
