A ‘NOT all heroes wear capes’ day was held as part of a Fun Week at Rubery’s Cotton Tails Too nursery and the others in the group.
Children dressed as doctors, nurses and other NHS staff on Wednesday to say ‘thank you’ to those who had looked after everyone during the pandemic.
Cash was also collected for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Staff wore their uniforms to symbolise the number of other key workers during the pandemic which meant that last year’s fun week and fete could not take place.
A sponsored walk will also see more funds donated to two charities close to the Cotton Tails nurseries’ hearts.
