STUDENTS from North Bromsgrove High School have raised more than £530 for the Basement Project.
The year nine and ten pupils have been taking part in the Diana Award mentoring Programme and organised a social action project as part of it.
They could undertake an event for a charity of their choice and opted for the Basement Project which helps young people in the town aged between 16 and 25 who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless.
Students hosted a non-uniform day and staff versus students sports events on Friday, collecting the total which the group handed over personally to the charity.
