BARON Frankenstein and Igor will be heading to Fairfield in Bromsgrove tonight (Sunday) when the Rain or Shine Theatre Company brings its latest show to the village.
The brand new, fast-paced production ‘Frankenstein – or a play about a man wot built another man’ is being performed at 7.30pm at Fairfield Village Hall.
The show, suitable for ages six to 106, centres on Victor Frankenstein who is on a scientific quest. He believes he, alone, is destined to break through the biggest boundary of the medical world and harness the power to control life and death.
With his faithful assistant Igor, he finds the act of creation is not all it is cracked up to be when his efforts finally bring a homemade man to life.
The only true question is who is the monster – Victor or his creation?
The show is billed as an ‘hilarious take on this Gothic classic’.
