AWARD-winning theatre company Jigsaw Players is running drama clubs from the end of January 2022.

The workshops for children, teenagers and young adults of all abilities will run for six sessions and take place every Tuesday or Friday (depending on age group) starting on January 25 and 28.

The first group, on Tuesdays from 6.15pm to 7.30pm, will be for children aged between six and 12 . These fun workshops provide an opportunity for youngsters to express themselves through creativity, develop communication, speaking and listening skills and above all work as a team.

The second, on Fridays from 6.15pm to 7.15pm, is an all inclusive drama group for special needs and disabled young people age between six and 25. Participants are urged to go along and join in with lots of fun activities. Carers are welcome.

The third group, also on Fridays, provides sessions for young people aged between 12 and 25. The exciting and fun workshops will build confidence, develop communication and teamwork, through role play, script reading, improvisation and much more.

Jigsaw Players Theatre Company has just finished its sell-out pantomime performances of Robinson Crusoe and the Pirates and the workshops will be led by professional director Maggie Bishton.

Registration will take place at the first sessions on January 25 at Parkside Middle School, Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove, for Group 1 and on January 28, at The Trinity Centre, Old Birmingham Road, Lickey, for Groups 2 and 3.
