New Bromsgrove yoga sessions to help with stress and the menopause

Bromsgrove Editorial 1st May, 2022   0

BROMSGROVE’S Daily Bread will be hosting several health and wellbeing classes over May.

Daily Bread is a yoga and wellness studio which focuses on helping people to achieve a more authentic life.

On May 7, people can join a demonstration of TRE,which uses several simple exercises to release tension, trauma and stress, using the body’s natural way of restoring a balance in the autonomic nervous-system.

It helps with anxiety, pain, fatiugue, insomnia, chronic symptoms and post-traumatic stress.

The event will be hosted by Helen Field, who has spent the last 21 years studying healing through the body’s natural intelligence pathways.

Then on Saturday May 14, Demystifying Menopause will explore the impact it can have on people’s lives as well as how they feel about themselves.

The event will allow people going through menopause to recognise what is happening, learn about the symptoms and find simple ways to improve their long-term health and wellbeing.

Host Emma Wilkinson is a mentor and health coach who focuses on menopause, nutrition and wellbeing.

Both events are £25 each and will run between 2pm and 4.30pm with everyone in attendance getting herbal tea.
