LIVE music performances will take place at The Potting Shed Cafe and Restaurant at Singletons Nurseries in Bromsgrove to help the homeless in Birmingham.
The concerts have been organised by the Birmingham-based community interest group ‘I’m Homeless, Get Me Out Of Here’ and will take place from 12pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the run up to Christmas.
The cash raised will fund practical support for people experiencing homelessness, turning gigs and open mic nights into a steady pipeline of donations for on‑the‑ground help.
The volunteer-led effort focuses on supplying essential items such as clothing, toiletries and basics for move‑on rooms through partnerships with local projects.
Ursula Colville will perform Christmas songs on the violin at The Potting Shed, inviting visitors to enjoy festive classics while backing the charity’s work.
Audiences are encouraged to donate and share the message to help keep the immediate support flowing to those most in need this winter.
Formed as a community interest company, the group keeps donations close to the streets by collaborating with Birmingham services to furnish rooms and provide practical supplies that ease the transition from homelessness into stable accommodation.
Through regular music events and community collections, it mobilises local venues, performers and patrons to make a tangible difference across the city.
