MUMS from across Bromsgrove district can get fit and active thanks to the relaunch of a new class at the town’s Sports and Leisure Centre, School Drive.
Mum’s Zumba is open to any parents, grandparents or carers with pre-school aged children and is aimed at getting participants active, having fun and getting fit without having to worry about childcare.
Classes are held from 11am to midday every Monday from September 10 with instructor Tina and admission is £3.
Sessions will feature buzzing workouts to Latin and pop music and no experience is needed.
Mums can bring their little ones to sleep, watch and play whilst the workout takes place.
Elisabeth Cottam, Bromsgrove District Council’s sports development officer, said: “The sessions are a lot of fun and we’re really pleased to be able to relaunch them.
“Come along, meet new people and join in if you haven’t tried it yet.”
Participants do not have to be a member of the leisure centre.
