THIS was the moment police in Alvechurch pulled over a motorist and found them only to have a provisional licence and no insurance.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Patrol Unit (OPU) made the stop in the village last night.
And, having suspected the driver of being illegally impaired by drugs, they requested a blood sample – which was refused.
