Officers from Worcestershire Operational Patrol Unit pulled over the Smart car and, after undertaking a drugs wipe test, the motorist tested positive for cocaine.

The driver was also found to have no licence or insurance.

Four people in the car were arrested in total, including the driver.

West Mercia Police have stepped up patrols to clamp down on drug- and drink-driving in the run up to Christmas and new year.
