Man suffers broken leg after being hit by moped in Bromsgrove

A MAN has suffered a broken leg after being hit by a moped following an altercation at a taxi rank in Bromsgrove.

The collision happened during the early hours of the morning on May 28 near to Giles James & Sons funeral directors on the Stourbridge Road, following an altercation at a taxi rank on Market Street.

The pedestrian was taken to the Alexandra Hospital with a broken leg.

Police would like to speak to the driver of a moped and the driver of a silver car who turned up at the scene after the incident.




The moped driver is described as a white man in his early 20s, approximately 5ft 10ins to 6ft tall, with short cropped hair and a short beard. He was wearing a biker jacket at the time.

The driver of the silver vehicle is described as a white man in his late teens to early 20s, 5ft 8ins to 5ft 10ins tall and a thin build.
