A QUANTITY of cash and class A and B drugs were seized when a vehicle was stopped in Northfield yesterday (Monday).
The car was pulled over by police on Coleys Lane, officers from West Midlands Police searched a 36-year-old man inside and discovered crack cocaine, heroin and cannabis. Cash and a hammer was also found.
The man was taken into custody on suspicion of possession with intent to supply both class A and class B drugs. He has been released on bail with strict bail conditions while we carry out further enquiries.
The stop was made as part of Operation Target which sees officers take a defiant stand against a range of serious and organised crime offences.
