A MAN was arrested on Tuesday evening when police officers witnessed a drug deal taking place in broad daylight on Northfield High Street.
PS Fryer and PC Mooney from Weoley Police were on patrol at the time when they noticed the suspicious behaviour.
One was arrested for the supply of illegal drugs and the other was referred to a charity for help.
The drugs were seized by the officers as evidence.
