Man and woman from Bromsgrove among four charged over £22million pension fraud

A MAN and a woman from Bromsgrove are among four people charged over defrauding pensions worth more than £22million.

Rikki Nicholls, 55, and Sharon Nicholls, 36, both of Linthurst Newtown, Blackwell, were both charged with conspiracy to defraud, fraud by misrepresentation and money laundering.

The other two people involved – Mark Kelly, 49, and Angela Kelly, 53, both of Maplewood Road, Wilmslow, were charged with money laundering.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police who are investigating the incidents say there are 275 victims involved.




All four will appear at the City of London Magistrates Court on August 17.
