A DRIVER had a lucky escape on the motorway near Bromsgrove when a car skidded on standing water and crossed all four lanes of the carriageway.
It happened near Junction 4a of the M5.
Following the incident, officers from West Mercia Police warned motorists to slow down.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit tweeted this picture and said: “Speeds of 50mph are there for a reason.”
They added they were dealing with multiple collisions in the area.
