Love Music session at Bromsgrove Methodist Church for people living with dementia

Bromsgrove Editorial 15th May, 2022   0

THE LATEST event to get people living with dementia back involved in music will be coming to Bromsgrove Methodist Church.

The Love Music performances have been happening at the venue on the third Tuesday of every month.

This Tuesday, May 17, Tristan Pate will take to the stage after his previous appearance in February.

The shows feature a mix of jazz, folk, drumming rock ‘n’ roll and classical music.

Love Music has been organised by arts uplift and is supported by organisations including Bromsgrove District Council and Arts Council England.

A participant at a previous show said it was ‘fabulous’, with one carer adding that it was ‘great to see people being able to engage in live music again’.

The show starts at 2pm with tickets costing £5 per person, although carers get in free.
