LONGBRIDGE’S proud car-making history will be celebrated next weekend as part of Birmingham Heritage Day.
Vehicles built at the Austin, MG and Rover factories throughout the decades will be on show on Longbridge High Street from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, September 9.
Ex-workers, ex-apprentices and enthusiasts will have an information stall and be on-hand to talk to people about the cars and what it was like to work at the plant.
