DELICIOUS treats were enjoyed and £45 raised when Jellybabies Nursery held a cake sale for Macmillan Cancer Support.
This year the charity has been hit hard by the Coronavirus pandemic and fund-raising events, including its flagship World Biggest Coffee Morning, had to be cancelled.
Children and staff at the nursery, based at Longbridge Methodist Church, wanted to do something to help Macmillan recoup some of those losses so organised its socially distanced event rather than its usual coffee morning.
The children were taught how the money collected would go to help people who were poorly.
