A REPRESENTATIVE from Fit4Sport dropped in on the children from the nearby Jellybabies Nursery to hold a PE session.

The youngsters were encouraged by Harry to be more active and got to try a number of different sports.

As well as promoting the importance of health and fitness, Harry from Fit4Sport on the Bristol Road South in Longbridge, also helped develop cross-curricular links including literacy and numeracy.

Nursery manager Jacqueline Walker said: “The children had a brilliant time and everyone joined in with the hour exercise which included ball skills, balance, football skills, counting and positional language.”

The children were also very excited to receive medals from Harry after the session.
