Live music showcase in Rubery will raise funds for armed forces charities

A CHARITY entertainments showcase will take place in Rubery on Friday, February 28, to raise funds for two armed forces charities.

The show at Rubery Social Club starts at 8pm and will feature a variety of local acts, including Bethany, Tammy Moore, Izzye, Olivia Payne, Scott Cartwright and Ella Jackson.

As well as the live music there will also be a bar, hot and cold food, a tombola and a raffle.

All funds will go towards Troop Aid and SSAFA.

Tickets are £5 for adults and £2.50 for children.

Tony is still looking for items for the raffle and tombola which can be dropped off at 61 Callowbrook Lane or brought along on the night.
