PRIMROSE Hospice has launched its Lights of Love campaign, inviting people to remember a loved one during the festive period.
The names of loved ones will be hung on the Christmas tree at Asda in Bromsgrove and in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch.
People are also being invited to join remembrance services. It will be a special moment for people to come together, and honour their loved ones.
The services will be held simultaneously at Beacon Church Centre in Rubery and St Stephen’s Church in Redditch at 4pm on November 27.
There will also be a Lights of Love Night on Saturday December 3 at 4pm at Primrose Hospice in Bromsgrove.
A spokesperson for the charity said: “We invite you to join us to hang your bauble on our tree in remembrance of your loved ones, and watch festive and poignant performances by local musicians and performers, including our Primrose Hospice Choir and Luke Swatman AKA The Worcester Pavarotti. It’s a moment to come together and pay tribute to your loved one in the festive surroundings of our stunning and festively lit hospice garden.
“If you have received a bauble in the post please bring it along with you. There will also be baubles available at the hospice during the evening.”
The deadline for sending a dedication is December 11.
