CHILDREN under the age of 10 are being encouraged to enter Bromsgrove MP Sajid Javid’s annual Christmas card competition before the deadline this week.
The town MP is requesting festive pictures to be drawn on a piece of paper no larger than A4.
The winning card will be sent to the Queen and Prime Minister Boris Johnson, as well as many other dignitaries.
Primary and First schools in Bromsgrove have been contacted, with lots of entries already submitted.
But ahead of the final deadline this Thursday, November 12 the MP is issuing a last call for submissions.
He said: “I am delighted to be hosting my annual Christmas card competition for children in Bromsgrove District.
“I have received so many fantastic entries in the past and I am looking forward to seeing this year’s cards.”
