AUTHOR Helen Cooper will be reading her new book ‘The Kissing Tree’, some other rhyming stories and doing creative crafts for three to eight-year-olds at both Bromsgrove and Rubery libraries, writes Thomas Bailey.
They will take place from 10.30am in Bromsgrove and 12.30pm in Rubery tomorrow.
Helen’s book has been written for and is sponsored by Tenbury Mistletoe Association as part of the annual mistletoe festival celebrations.
The Kissing Tree is Helen’s sixth published childrens book with others in her collection including Rudy the Reindeer, The Vegetarian Vampire series and Shape Land. She was also a judge for CITV’s ‘Share a story’.
The former military musician, PCSO and nursery nurse said: “I absolutely love writing and illustrating for children.”
