A drop-in event focusing on local policing will take place in Bromsgrove on Wednesday 25 October.

The latest Community conversation event, hosted by Police and Crime Commissioner John Campion, will be an opportunity for residents in Bromsgrove to discuss their policing concerns, including road safety.

Over the past 12 months, the PCC has received more than 70 pieces of correspondence from Bromsgrove residents on concerns about speeding and inappropriate driver behaviour.

The event, where people are invited to drop-in at any time, will take place from 6pm to 8pm at Amphlett Hall, Crown Close, Bromsgrove.

Alongside the PCC and his team, there will be representatives from West Mercia Police including Inspector Richard Field from the Safer Neighbourhood Team, the Road Safety Team, and local Rural Crime Team.

John Campion said: “As your voice in policing, I value hearing your experiences, views and confidence in West Mercia Police.

“I encourage you to come along to the event, which will be a brilliant opportunity for you to drop-in and talk to your local policing teams and myself on the issues that matter to you.

“I am committed to ensuring your concerns are addressed as I work to build a safer West Mercia.”
