RESIDENTS in Bournheath are being warned to be on their guard after a house was broken into in the village in broad daylight.
The thieves struck in Dodford Road between 9am and 2pm yesterday and stole jewellery from the property.
Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
