THE CHILDREN from Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-school enjoyed a fun graduation ceremony on Tuesday to celebrate the youngsters’ transition to reception, writes Reuben Virk.
It involved a beautiful song, along with some yoga, performed by the youngsters to the parents and grandparents who proudly looked on. They were then given the chance to join in with the yoga, having a lot of fun.
The children were finally presented with learning journals, leaving certificates and medals, and a toy graduation owl each.
Manager Jacqueline Walker said: “It was a lovely fun morning. We will miss the 14 children who are leaving us to start school in September but wish them all the best for the future.”
She added she was looking forward to the new group starting in two months’ time.
