Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-School youngsters celebrate Easter with variety of activities

YOUNGSTERS from Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-School have been learning about Easter and celebrating the event.

Children took part in a variety of activities, including making their own Easter garden and taking part in an egg hunt organised by St Chad’s Church.

Jacqueline Walker, Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-School manager, said: “They had great fun looking for numbered eggs in shop windows and collecting stamps on their Easter egg hunt card.

“We would like to thank Rev Claire Turner for organising the event.”

The Easter activities concluded with a parent and carer workshop where the parents and carers made bonnets at home for the children.

The youngsters were excited to have their parents and carers come into the nursery.
