Bromsgrove Editorial 21st Jul, 2019   0

A GEOLOGY Walk will take place tomorrow at 7pm at the Lickey Hills, starting at the Old Rose and Crown.

Julie Schroder will lead the new circular walk, following a new discovery in the Lickey Quartzite, on the lower flanks of Rednal Hill.

After visiting the site, the stroll will continue across the golf course and onto the Beacon Hill Summit.

It will then return via the Monument and the woods alongside Warren Lane, following a path back along Rose Hill to the Old Rose and Crown.

There is no need to book places, just turn up for a prompt start at 7pm.

The event has been organised by the Lickey Hills Society.
