BROMSGROVE came together earlier today at the Odd Fellows Memorial in the High Street to mark Armistice Day.
The short service by Rev Ray Khan, the Bromsgrove Royal British Legion Chaplain, was well-attended.
Crowds stretched up and down the High Street and Church Street.

A two-minute silence was held in between The Exhortation, two-minute silence and The Kohima Epitaph.
Two wreaths were also laid.
Afterwards, Rev Khan said: “I thought the turn-out was incredible and it’s amazing to think that Bromsgrove never ever forgets.
“It’s all about remembering the past and it enables people to think about their lives now and in the future.
“To get this number of people here on a work day was fantastic – it shows their determination to honour the fallen.”
