HEALTH Secretary and Bromsgrove MP Sajid Javid has tested positive for Covid-19.
He announced he had taken a lateral flow test and was now isolating while awaiting the results of a PCR test.
He said his symptoms were ‘mild’ – attributing the fact he has received both doses of the vaccine.
He urged everyone who had not yet taken up the offer of a jab to ‘go out and get it’.
And he asked everyone if they felt unwell to take a lateral flow test to help keep themselves and others safe and safeguard the NHS.
